• Scores them (assigns a status: hot, warm, or cold)
• Sends them to the CRM
• Instantly notifies you about a new client

Process

1. Problem & Data Source Analysis

First, I looked into where and how leads were coming in — through a Wix Form on the salon's website. I found that managers were manually copying requests into different places (notes, messengers), which meant some leads got lost before they were even processed.

2. Designing the Qualification Logic (Prompt Design)

I defined the criteria for classifying a lead as "hot," "warm," or "cold" (urgency of the request, service type, budget, readiness to book). Based on this, I wrote a prompt for the AI model to analyze incoming data and automatically assign a status.

3. Integrating the Lead Source with AI (API Integration)

I connected the Wix Form via API so that every new submission was instantly passed to the AI model (OpenRouter API) for analysis — with no delays and no manual work involved.
